Hi folks,

Just a quick question, has anyone actually managed to contact a GM or get hold of support via the website for RF Online? I've had a problem with my account for over two weeks now, I've logged about 5 tickets and I haven't heard a thing back.

 

Any ideas?

     I don't know why u don't get it. Yesterday I sent a letter asking for character restoration which I lost during servers merge, today i got e-mail that my character is restored and it is. I was even surprised that it went so fast and easy.
