i will play TERA regarldess of what any GW2 fanboy says got it?
so keep your futile campaign of nonestop trolling all you want. Tera is the only subscription based mmo with most potential atm, even more than wow.
no matter how hard you GW2 rabid fanboys try to put TERA down, i will play GW2 yes but i will play TERA too. so those games are perfectly compatible, i really fail to understand what this trolls are trying to acomplish. you may end up putting people off from playing GW2 instead.
honestly this is starting to get silly.

We're all entitled to our opinions. Personally after my beta experience, I think that Tera is a mediocre game at best. It's not bad but tis not really that good either. But we all enjoy different games and I think that's okay. I hope Tera becomes a huge success as I hope that Guild Wars 2 becomes a big success. I can't really say that I'm a fanboy of any game right now. I think I'm far too cynical for that. *laughs* But I like to see games succeed especially when hard work has obviously been put into them and I think there has been a lot of effort in any of the "big" games you're looking at. Whether it's Tera, Guild Wars 2, TOR or World of WArcraft.
The truth is that generally people who spend a lot of time on forums are just people who aren't really enjoying anything right now and sometimes we just want someting to put all of our hopes in. I've been there (just not there presently). I'm glad you're enjoying the game (if you're in beta) and hope you continue to enjoy the game. As I've said previously, compeition in this market is a good thing.
Its cool it really is, but as a purveyor of all things MMO's I must inform you that an Asian game has never done well in a Western Market esp- one that is A: a similar enough clone to WoW and B: is doing hoorible in its native land.
People didnt heed my warnings about AoC, WAR, Rift, or SWTOR so I dont suppose that my attempt to sway you will have much meaning but let me offer some advice: I will be back when this game fails here jsut like I did with the other ones with the good ole "see I told you so".
Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and I think Tera is a horrible game with no life or imagination and I wont quit proping or hyping my game of choice (and looks to be millions of others as well) in GW2.

Lol, basically this, it might have to do with the B2P model I have no idea, almost every comment on youtube or any other video hosting site on subscription MMOs videos goes along the lines of "hmm game luks k but gw2 iz f2p" or "g2p will be f2p" or "eww sub fee, gw2 will be better cause you dont pay!!".

You're a journeyman,travelling from one mmo to another claiming each one is great,bet you did the same with rift.
I am in Tera beta and it's got a great combat system but everything else is typical mmo features we have seen for years.
I like the game by the way but i don't feel the need to tell us GW2 fans because you're angry about that failure that was swtor.

well guess what? i know tons of people who think exactly that about your beloved GW2,

What do failings of asian MMOs have to do with the MMOs you listed in the second paragraph? You didn't even mention Aion, lmao.
Also TERA did not fail in Korea.
And lastly, anyone can predict GW2 won't fail because it is B2P, people will flock to that obviously. Funny how many people will spend hundreds in the cash shop though.
I hate the shit out of games, but I don't feel the need to tell people about it 50+ times and then brag about my MMO on the other board, except when my jimmies get really rustled, which they have in the past.

The exact same thing apply to GW2, even more so because at least most of us played Tera. All these people never even played GW2 worshiping it, i think that so much more lack of confidence or common sense or both idk.
Watch GW2 release go in flames because of all the over hype created by the raving fanboys. I'm looking more forward to GW2 release just to watch the fanboy rage on forum because the game isn't the perfect being from heaven here to save them. can't wait. Also never play SWTOR, the thought of SW just turn me away lol never was a SW fan.
Also no one said Tera was the greatest game alive, it is for some people but obvious its not for everyone. However its not ad bad as people constantly try to make it out to be.

no you are wrong. i ain't angry at anyone much less over what any kid says in a forum.
( i don't get brain washed by anyone . ) this is why i always try a game first, before deciding wether to play it or not. since reviews are usually very bias.
i've played the game , i liked it, i had tons of fun, so guess what? i intend to continue playing it. regardless of what any doomsayer says. and no i ain't no Tera fan iether.
anyone with common sense, would make their own conclusion after trying the game themselves.
a game should be judged based upon the entertainment value.
Alot of those people bitching and moaning and whining and crying are going to the the fanboys themselve. Most of us who doesn't really care much for GW2 doesn't even bother looking at it, you don't see much other people going on GW2 forum with thread after thread after thread after thread about how GW2 sucks and its going to fail blah blah blah blah blah. Yes GW2 fans are like on every single thread raving about how this or that game sucks and how GW2 will be better even though none of them ever played GW2 -.-

Nice. Play what you want. I'm excited for GW2, but all fanboys annoy me to no end. The SWTOR fanboys, GW2 fanboys, Apple fanboys... all of them.
