Game crashing before loading character into world

I was able to patch successfully. For some reason, the game is loading up in quarter-screen windowed mode. I thought I would fix it in game if possible, but I can't make it into the game from the character select screen.

 

It seems like one problem after another is keeping me out of the game. It mainly bothers me because I've spent some money and I'm losing time off my patron status (I was also wrongly banned, but got back in just under 24 hours). I've asked for time to be added to my patron status as compensation, but haven't heard anything back.

 

This is more time I'm losing and rent is coming up on my holdings.

 

At this point, I just want to get into game and sell off my stuff and make an exit. I wanted to sell to a couple of my RL friends, but it seems they can't get into game either, as of today. This is a problem. Trion needs to compensate patrons for lost time. Maybe they will. Still need to hear from them.

 

If anyone knows how to load in past the character screen or what's going on with my display, please let me know. Cheers.

 

EDIT: I just saw on my character screen that 3 days have been added to my patron status, which is pretty nice after being banned for only 1 day. But I still can't get into game. I think other people have having this problem, too.

 

EDIT 2: Next day - able to get in now without any problem --  as normal.
