i have just started playing WoW with night elf druid if anyone has played WoW very much could you tell me how do get good items in beggining of WoW

    Just do the quests and you will be fine

    Like Phoenixs said, do the quests. I'd also advise selling everything you can't use.

    If you find a green, or blue, item that you can't use, place it on the Auction House. A number of players will buy lower level items for their 'twinks'.

    Have fun in the dead mines... one of the few places where a druid is aloud to TANK while pugging

    Gear is always nice, but the amount of time you invest in getting some gear just ends up slowing you down. Generally faster to just do quests and use whatever gear they give you. Worry about gear once you hit 60, when that's just about all there's left to do.

    if you like playing a healer than stick with the druid.
