    Personally I think the heromachine is too limiting.  I'd Rather just draw the character the way that I want him/her to look.

    Then Again I have been illustrating my own comic characters since the 3rd grade and majored in illustration in college....

    It looks like fun for a few minutes but after seeing the ingame creations I just won't be satisfied until I get my hands on the real thing.  The character creation and customization looks like a whole lot of fun.  I also liked someones idea that the character creation process should allow you to pick your name first so that when you are done you don't find out you are the 1000 person to try to creat The Flame or something.  I doubt it will be like that but it would make it a little more interesting in creating your character.

    heromachine may be a decent start for those who cannot draw their own, but you must keep in mind that as robust a character creator City of Heroes will have, there are no capes/wings/cloaks/long skirts/flowing robe things in the initial release. So long as you don't include these in your char ideas then you'll probably be able to make them pretty much the way you want. ::::28::

    Oh man, have they still not updated to Heromachine 2, i mean i had and still have the beta of it (somewhere in my computer) but i was messing with that when i basicaly first got hyped about CoH and that was way back in january of 02.

    If trees could scream, would we be so cavalier about cutting them down? We might, if they screamed all the time, for no good reason.

    I can't draw, not even stick figures. I try and draw some walking, but people always say I draw such violent pictures. when I ask why,   they say I always have my stick figures getting killed = ...but he was just walking, he wasen't dead =(

    Have you ever considered thearpy....no not you your friends, but if you would like i could sign you up with my doctor. He is real nice, and wouldnt mind killin....i mean lovin...i mean turning your head and coughing you .....yes........thats it...now turn! cough! and be amazed!

    Hello, Hi. Remeber me the guy that opened this discussion on, creating a superhero. I just wanted to help some of you people bide your time before CoH came out. ...And look it gets turned into a discussed on some vile, disturbed, man-handling doctor. Thanx..no..no..I mean thanx alot.image
