Need some guidance.....

I just recieved a warning from a mod.. The messaage was sent in error as I did not do what they said I did. How do I go about contacting someone to get this looked into? I tried to reply to the message but it told me I couldnt respond as there is no user with that name..

Any help / guidance would be appriciated as I have no clue how to contact mmorpg.
