What should i buy?

What mmorpg should i buy i want a fun game that i can enjoy with friends.

I played Runescape for 3 years and i got tired of it and now i wanna step up to a reall mmorpg. Please tell me what games are good cause i hear that the ratings rnt that at all reliable

    They are all good, in some ways. Tell us a little more about what you enjoy doing, and we might be able to come up with a match. Do you prefer PVE or PVP? If you prefer PVE, are you able to stand PVP at all? Do you like crafting? Do you like a lot of character customization, or a predefined path everyone takes? Do you like Scifi, Space, High Fantasy, Low Fantasy, medieval, or some other setting? Are you able to play with immature gamers or do they get on your nerves? Can you read 1337 speech and the other illegitimate forms of communication plaguing the internet?

    Nadril i really do not aprreciate that ok. Do not judge a person by his name.

    Aelfinn i prefer PvE but i occasionally like PvP. I would much rather have a custom path for my character.

    Crafting not sure what that means but if u mean like making things or grinding i do not really mind

    I don not really care if it is anywhere from scifi to midevil times.

    And i cannot really stand immature gamers. That is one of the main reasons i quit runescape to many 8 year olds calling each other noobs.

    And 1337 speech i have no idea what that is

    P.S is it true that star wars galaxies is bak to how it was b4 the update?

    In most MMORPG there is 8 year olds calling each other noobs.

    1337 or leet speech simply uses numbers in place of letters.

    Crafting is just about anything where you create items out of certain resources, for example, taking metal ores and making a sword from it would be crafting.

    SWG isnt back to the way it was, yet. Someones trying to make a seperate server for that, but no one knows if or when it will occur.

    Try Anarchy Online, mostly PVE, Science Fiction setting, a very high level of character customization, a very mature community, and what is arguably the best ingame customer service to be found anywhere.

    Disadvantages: a high learning curve compared to other games, and while the graphics are good, they are based on 5 year old models, so its not as flashy as WOW for example.

    One other thing to keep in mind, the basic game as of right now is free to download and play. If you want the 3 expansions (Shadowlands, Alien Invasion, and Notum Wars), then you do in fact need to start paying.
