With so many new and improved mmo's comming out, which top rated one do you think will surpass the rest when they all come out? I think all of the top rated games look equally interesting and all provide something new to the industry. I myself believe that they will all have great success, the question is which one will surpass the rest?

    If Warhammer lives up to the hype it will be the next big mmo imo

    From what i'm seeing Lord of The Rings is coming out to be looking really nice too. The graphics are already there, and the backstory - everyone knows. Also it still has alot of time to improve until it comes out so we'll just have to wait and see.

    Well I remember when eve came out alot of people were repulsed and wow was just another of EQ clone games that had come out.

    Watching from development its hard as hell to find out what will be good. Server issues, broken promises and the competition are things we can't see.

    Ragnarok Online 2.  It already is setup for the global market (6 out of 7 continents in 22 countries).  Really EA won't sponsor bringing Warhammer to half the countries Gravity is in, they will just go with the typical 1 server to accomodate the Euro-asian landmass.  Its predecessor has also had a very large recycle rate of new players and probably has had over 20 million unique subscribers world-wide.  The main difference is Ragnarok Online 2 is offering what the original couldn't.  A very large budget to take advantage of Next Gen Technology.

    Its features are very promising with 3 unique leveling systems the player can choose from that all are better then existing systems; and a bunch of other stuff, but this post will get too long if I list them all and no one would read it.

    I think Vanguard will turn out to be quite a soprise. It will start slowly but it will become clasic

    As most of the players will move from WoW (they draged alot of ppl into the mmo genre) and ragnarok  is quite unkown to them it wont get so many western players i think.
    vanguard looks good to. It will probably be the 2nd most popular mmorpg in europe and USA. 3rd will be AoC i guess... :p

    But the one who takes the crown will easily be WARhammer online if you ask me, its a western mmorpg with pvp through all levels, leteral leveling system, cool costumization for ppls characters (braging rights) etc.etc..
    But mostly i think it will be so successfly because it will appeal to the new mmo-players from WoW alot more then the other games... Tho they have nothing incommon (not even the grafics look the same) its still going to be purepwnage imo

    PS. Sorry for dissing all the asian mmorpgs, its not that i hate eastern ppl... i just hate their mmorpgs, only grindfest all the way....

    top rated? haha you must be joking.. the polls at this place are a complete joke and don't mean anything..

    My daughter is psyched about Ragnarok 2!!  She can't wait for it to go live:)

    I think Warhammer will be huge . Pkers and PvPers are the loudest and most vocal people as a rule and they will flock to that game in droves I think. Word of mouth in the PvP communities in all the other games will be the catalyst that makes Warhammer a HUGE hit. And I'm only a PvE person so this is just speculation:)
