Crafting Question

I have a couple of crafting questions. Thanks for any help.

First- Are you able to create a crafting only toon? What I mean is, can you have a lvl 1-5 toon that does nothing but crafting.

Second- Are there quests involved to get higher lvl crafting guides that require your toon to be a high lvl to get them (like they had in WoW).

I was just wondering becasue I would rather mail materials to a crafting toon than have to go all the wayback to town, unload, craft, re-equip, then trudge back out into the great unknown.

    A crafting only toon is viable if you have an adventurer to harvest.  In fact there are some advantages to having a low adventuring level on a crafter.  In theory you could buy everything off the broker and just craft, but you would have a hard time making ends meet. 

    Travel isn’t a real concern.  There are enough fast travel options you can reach any part of the world relatively quickly so it doesn’t hurt to return to your home city when you are done.

    A: Yes it is. But i recomend you to get up to 10 or 12 so you can get the extra racial spell so you get more power, and then naked craft.

    A: My level 13 Assassin theres a 61 Armorer dont got any probs with taking work orders and rush orders..

    A: Same, i got 5 crafting toons, and then i now got 2 toons that can gather everything. Only problem is it takes ages to get enough for 5 toons heh
