Well, here is the story. i got to get a job and save all my money so i can move. So i need to stay home more often after school and work. I used to be big on online games (mainly Counter Strike). But i need some opinions of a good addictive mmorpg. Or any Online games you know.

Yes everquest is a good game if you got loads of time to sink in because everquest is a game that is very addictive and it king of rewarding time.
So if you have a lot of time to burn ,everquest is best.
Usually I recommend DAoC over EQ because it requires a lot of time.
Don't bother with shadowbane for a game released this year it looks more outdated then everquest .It is buggy. It is dead boring. No content just pointless gold farming .Loads of ganking for no reason.1 guild runs the whole show with no possibility of any other guild making head way thus as rigid as hell.Nothing to do at all .
You will just end up playing 2 weeks and come back and post for another game here if you decide on shadowbane. Can give you another 100 reasons why shadowbane is the worst pay to play mmrpg .
If you fancy PvP go with DAoC.Not perfect PvP for sure but much better PvP then shadowbane and it actually has other things to do when you decide you want to do other things like quest, dugeon crawl, craft, explore. All virtually non existant in shadowbane.
If you just want to log and PvP only rather then play buggy/laggy shadowbane go with a FPS like planetside.
AC1 had the best PvP system, some people may of thought darktide was chaotic, but it was still the best PvP system.

Well, heres the thing. If you want to immerse yourself into a genuine mmorpg, then i would reccomend WoW or perhaps GW. The only thing about that is they cost $$$. Not a whole lot. I know that World of Warcraft is $20 on the shelf and $15 a month. If you are lookin to save as much money as possible, maybe you can go with something like Knight Online. You can either spend a little money and get the good stuff, or keep ur cash and settle for a lower quality. The fate of your gaming career rests in ur hands....=P
