How many heroes can U make

in City of Heroes
Well, in some MMOs I was able to have subaccounts. Those subaccounts was basically a separate character I used to explore different options.  I know if I create a subaccount it will not run at the sametime as my main account, the point is, can I create more that one hero profile?

    You'll be able to have eight characters.

    If trees could scream, would we be so cavalier about cutting them down? We might, if they screamed all the time, for no good reason.

    Eight? Thank god.

    One Character per server was about the stupidest thing SOE ever did in SWG...except maybe releaset the game.

    ITs true that they said you will be able to have 8 characters per account....

    However they havent yet determined weither they will be MCS or SCS.

    Personally I agree with you that the SCS of SWG were a pain as I never got a chance to use my other character slots, due to the fact that I didnt want to have to make a new friend set, and find all new suppliers to get my items from. 

    While I doubt CoH will be eight characters per server, Im hoping they play it smart and make it at least 3 to 4.

    8 is a lot, usually the max i use is 2-3

    8 per account is a little low for me, in EQ I had atleast 40.  I played all of them so very few are high lvl.  If people actualy roleplay in CoH, I'll probably only use 1 or 2 though.

    8 characters are more than enough. I dont plan on more than 2, maybe 3 when the villans pack comes out, if it does. I like to concentrate on the story of my character. Too many characters gets confusing

    I agree. In my time playing AO I've had about 30-40 different characters. I usually played them until I was bored and either kept them or re-used the char slot.

    I have a feeling I'll be spending a lot of time in the char. generator in CoH.image

    Definitely, Eight is Enough. This game will bring us and our Friends, Goodtimes. Of course this may not satisfy everybody...so you know what they say Different Strokes for different folks.

    I really hope that *insert game name here* will be the first game to ever live up to all of its pre-release promises, maintain a manageable hype level and have a clean release. Just don't expect me to hold my breath.
