I seriously recommand those who say maple is good. You should try games like FlyFF , Guildwars Or World Of Warcraft ( If you have the money for Guild Wars And WOW ) I Find Maple Worse than a Gameboy... Even a gameboy and get better than maple... I played maple till lvl 30 ++ in less than 1 month and changed game to World Of Warcraft and i said that Maple is dumb.

Those 1st 10 levels are pretty much the tutorial levels you spend on maple island, the first island,. Most games have tutorials, and you learn alot from them. be glad you do!

The people that say this game sucks probably cant dedicate themselves to something, or are just to friggin lazy... If you can dedicate yourself to something, then this game is good and can be pretty fun if you have some friends on it, thats my input.

at one point in my experience playing i was at arond lvl 37 and was getting thoughts of quitting, but then instead i was playing oneday and discovered i dont really need to grind all the time, i went and played drop games which are really fun, i summoned monsters on lith harbor, and ended up after that going back to grinding but now when i get bored of grinding i do something else and now im good.
Maple Story is a decent game, my kids play it. They enjoy it very much, although I have yet to see anyone of my colleagues play this game, I play World of Warcraft. But I wouldn't say Maple Story is a bad game, I would actually say Maple Story is more appealing to the younger generation crowed, but not as enjoyable to older people.
