damn in game updater

in Star Wars Galaxies
ONE very big problem i live in South Africa i have a 512 dsl line that is capped at 3gb per month. I so badly wanna play this game but i tried the trial but the update d/l was PAINFUL going from 2 hours left to 29 hiurs left. Why cant they have an updated trial or let you d/l the updates so you can use your d/l assist programs. I guess i will have to wait for november for the new boxed version. But then again i stay in africa and it will never make it here. ill have to order off some online store and by the time i get it i will have to d/l updates again.

BAH!!!!

Some1 ship me there SWG dir on ther comp so i can play!!!!

    I have the same issue, but I think it's either my router or ISP.  I was at a friends recently who's on a different ISP and uses a standard DSL modem and everything worked fine.  I'm having simillar problems with Ventrillo too...

    patch_skufree_1_client_00.tre  <-- that is the file that takes SOOOO Long and that is one i cant find on the url u posted. I dont suppose you know any where i can get that??

    You could try downloading the Starter Kit install files, they're from Fileplanet though image  As long as you've already made your trial account, it shouldn't be a problem.

    with my line and my download/upload cut to 3gb per month i cant download thos files at lie 1.2gb per part. Looks like i am doomed to wait for the new boxed version to come.

    No matter which way you download it, you'll be needing to download that much to install the game :)
