Originally posted by Orthosin On the forum today a CM said the Head company of blizzard will address the forums either today or tommarow admiting how there is no WAR in WoW lke there is supposed to me, he said WoW was just supposed to be the on going of life after the events of warcraft III. He said the burning crusade will put the war back in warcraft and a whole lot more on release. Beta players said as soon as they enter outlands they can acctually feel the WAR they said NPCs battle each other all through out outlands, lands and buildings are no destroyable and this will be siege weapons back into WoW. He said one noticable difference is hellfire peninsula as soon as you go to it you can engage in a siege weapon and try to destroy a alliance base there. Omg i cant wait
Did you mean to say: lands and buildings are now destroyable and this will bring back siege weapons into WoW?
If so, then that actually sounds pretty origional and cool and that means the end of the world is coming because WoW is not allowed to have origional ideas

I guess I would classify myself as "cautiously optimistic" at hearing the changes coming to TBC. Part of me wants to believe that WoW PvP will become the free flowing adreneline pumping affair it should be instead of the tedious grind it is now. However, I've been burned far too often to buy into it so easily. Shame though that it takes this long and a required purchase to get to this point, but them's the ropes I guess
WoW can't put the War back in Warcraft with what I've read about BC. I found Warcraft fun because I could destroy the pig farms. When I can destroy the other factions buildings and it impact the economy of a city, then I'll feel that they have put the War back in Warcraft.
I don't think you'll see forced PvP on PvE servers.

Obviously all bullshit, he still hasn't posted a link and has edited his post.
*sigh*
No longer visiting MMORPG.com.
Who knows, but I'd slap the general 'BS' sticker on this thread as well.
Blizzard made some announcements about capturable towns in TBC, but no details were/have been given out.

Oh, cruel fate, to be thusly boned. Ask not for whom the bone bones. It bones for thee.
Hope you got your things together. Hope you are quite prepared to die. Looks like we're in for nasty weather. ... There's a bad moon on the rise.
