Bard songs

I was wondering if the bard is still going to be the same where you use songs or are they going to make them a spell/fighter class also like a druid warrior? I was just hoping that they would keep the songs mabye make it a little different just make it so that the bard can fill in the gaps of another class. BTW my next caracter is going to be a bard if they are going to keep the songs on. If they dont I may become a artisan just because it looks like not that many people are going to play that class when EQII comes out.image

As far as Bards go, I would think that they'll pretty much stay the same. As for Artisans, I've never been a fan of being the the guy who makes things... Just my opinion, I think EQ can do without.

Given, there are those who play to get rich and popular, and if that's what they want to do, so be it. I'll give them my business if they provide me with items I need and can use. Just have to wait and see what happens.

Well, even though I have never been a serious crafter in an MMO, I think that they are necessary to the overall environment and community in-game.  It really adds to have people who dedicate their gaming experience to making and selling items to players who use those items.  Around and round the items go, creating a good gaming world image

Man I can't wait for the direct damage shouts. I loved my mighty mighty soloing bard in EQ. He whooped some major dragon arse.
