Whats the best free MMOPRG game?

Just a 'guide' for people who dont want to pay every month for an online game:)
I'm kidda new to This genre never really played Online games..

Atm im playing Knight Online(F2p), so it's best free game in my opinion..
Nice graphics,Poor costumerservice for paying and non-paying people,bad community(90% is turkish about 75% of that dont even know what english is) and nice gameplay.

So whats best Online free game?image


Ps: Im new to this website any tips for games etc. would be nice

      Yah Knight would be awesome if non payers werent treated like 3rd world orphans, and it wasnt all Turks, although I met a few nice ones .

    Lol, well, atleast you have a list, you also can try Hero Online, it's fun for a while, but not the best free MMORPG.

    Hi,  well,  atm a play Runescape...its free but if u want to pay for it u get more out of it..
    The grafics aren't great but somehow I  always have lots of fun over there imageimage
    I also play guild wars..u just buy the game at the shop ans u are ready to play endlessly image
    But there's a new game coming up Yulgang Online now its being translated in English but we all hope to welcome it in decemberimage
    If u are interested check the yulgang online group on myspace :D

    There is no "BEST" free game, but there are some that actually do things pretty well if you don't mind the fact that the servers are usually full with bots, hacks and scripts. I recommend RAPPELZ (but wait until they change the client next month or you better find some patience when you upgrade the actual client), FLYFF if you don't mind the childish graphics (i do, so i don't play flyff anymore), SILKROAD (only if you like to work hard for something that has no importance in the real life), ANARCHY ONLINE (if you are into sci-fi, and want something really profesional), or MAPPLE STORY (if you want a nostalgic 8bit sidescroll game). That's that.

    Personaly, id recommend GW, you buy the box then play forever (no sub
    fee). You can try anarchy online too, its free and a pretty solid game,
    I played it long time ago and it wasnt for me but you might like it.

    Silkroad is a solid game, Im going to warn you however its a HORRID grind.

    Anarchy Online would probably be the top F2P game out there IMO but you do have to pay for the expansions and then a monthly fee if you want to progress all the way to the end game.

    MapleStory and Flyff are also fairly fun for awhile give them a go.

    Rappelz is in open beta and you can download the client and sign up at www.fileplanet.com might be your cup of tea.

    If none of those are for you wait a little while and 9Dragons will be releasing it's a fun game and should pull a large % of the F2P market.

    Wurm Online is a great game to play. Its free to play with some restrictions (skill levels upto 20) or pay 5 Euro a month for full play. Its not entirely finished yet hence the free/cheap cost to play. There is plenty to do in Wurm, ie build houses, tend to farms to feed yourself or hunt animals and butcher them for meat & skins, fishing, mine actual tunnels into mountains for ores, gems & rocks, which you can then actually smith in player made forges to make tools and weapons. There is also PVP on a dedicated server. All in all a great game to play, but a little hard to get going in the beginning as some of the animals can be quite strong.  I would suggest joining a village of other players who can teach you the skills required and feed you until you are able to look after yourself.

    Flyff- not the best of games, a bit childish and has horrible grind but good community and fun gameplay, things get interesting at level 15 when you get to choose your class, and then at level 20 you get to fly on either a broomstick or a board. http://flyff.gpotato.com/

    Rappelz- One of the best free mmorpg I've ever played, good community if you get into a guild but quests are quite simple and grind is bad but not too bad, overall this game is very good since it is still in open beta and I have enjoyed playing this game enormously so far. http://rappelz.gpotato.com/

    Silkroad- Another of my favourite games, very good graphics when set at highest and although the quests and grind are quite bad the gameplay and overall game is excellent. Another thing is the Silkroad site has a new comic strip posted every friday which I find very enjoyable and hilarious, you can also learn more about the game from the comic strips.  http://www.silkroadonline.net/
