    The new screenshots have drawn my interest back to this game. I love a deep game, but if I game is ugly as soon as I log in...it's hard for me to get in to the game depth. It's good to see something that doesn't look like a zoomed in RTS now!

    I can only hope they release this before I play too many games with the Unreal3 engine. Epic may well ruin my taste for even fairly good graphics. lol

    I like the water texture and have no problem with the view distance in that shot. Its great to see what a harbour looks like and how those ship yards will work. The way I understand it we have to build one of those dockes with building at the end and then we can start to construct a ship. Sounds pretty awesome!

    Oh and they have Cannons on them that you can fire at other ships or at targets on land! What an awsome AOE tool!  . . . . Now I wonder If you can get a dwarf into the end of a cannon?

    Just watch some of the available vids:

    I think the animations are quite good, but just look the vids to see it by yoursellf.

    i would like to see those animations with the interface up first of all.  Secondly-  I'm sorry but those dwarves in the first screenshot look retarded, I don't even know how to describe them really.. wouldn't be a big deal but damn, thats what I have to look forward to looking at?  just... damn.

    this game is my PvP hope of the future same as many others.  Maybe I'm jaded, maybe it will look better when I'm the one playing it, maybe....

    damn.

    ty for the link.  I think the graphics look great.  I feel there are better graphics out there, but the depth that DF gives far surpasses most if not all MMORPGs.  Just wish we knew more on when the game is going to be released.

    nice visuals, hope we get some more updates in the near future about how development is coming along, i dont want to have to result to playin some second rate mmo, that will only draw my attention until the next big thing comes out : /
