No matter which game I play, how many trials I download, how long I play, what style of game it is; I cannot find a game to play. I was brought to the "MMO world" in grade seven when I started playing runescape with some of my classmates, during grade 9 I discovered that there were many more games out there however I didn't have a credit card and this shortened the potential list a great deal. I looked around for f2p games and discovered MU Online, which I played for quite some time before I became bored with the grind and stopped playing. In grade 10 I walked into Future Shop and bought tMxO without knowing there was a subscription fee, I repackaged and retaped the box and was able to return it and keep looking. Eventually I bought Guild Wars with the money I got when I returned The Matrix and played that for a few solid months, I became bored and went back to MU, and then back to GW. In the end I managed to play GW solidly for quite a few months, I accomplished many things and became an experienced, wealthy player. That is when I became bored again and I am once again at a loss.
So you see I am now in grade 11 without a game to play, this is my conundrum. I may soon have access to a credit card however this still leaves me wondering which game to play, I have looked far and wide with futile effort for a game to suit my needs, I was told that some games would have been perfect for me had they not been closed down, changed or ruined. So I am sitting here at my keyboard ranting for lack of anything of greater use to do with this time, there is a list of games with enough potential gameplay to fill a lifetime but I seem to have no interest in any of them. Pretty graphics and a decent storyline are not enough for me, I want to play a game that is fun instead of being a chore. I want to play a game where gaining new skills is an accomplishment instead of a task. I need some gratification from the game I play and thusfar I have not found it.
So I turn to you, the MMORPG gaming community, and I request your help. I am not coming here without doing my research and looking for others to do the work for me, I simply come with my final breathe and request that someone supply me with a title that can quench my thirst for true gaming excitement. I would not be suprised if such a game did not exist, however I would like you to help me try and find it.
Played:
Mu Online, Guild Wars, (very little) World of Warcraft, EVE Online, Runescape, Maplestory, Lineage 2.
I have looked over countless others, including almost every title on the gamelist and I need your opinions on what I should be playing to fill the void. I would not be suprised if many other gamers were also in my current position and hopefully eventually a solution can be found to cease the boredom. Until then I think I may be stuck with some FPS games and browser flashes.
/Rant off

From time to time I read a post like yours mentioning school grades as an indicator of what age you where "when" etc etc
As I am English I don't have the faintest idea what ages equate to what grades.
So, as your bored , how about typing up a quick guide so I can note it down and have some idea of what is going on
Cheers
p.s. pretty damn fed up myself, I just can't seem to get the old addiction working like it used to
Im also in between games right now. I started my days on UO, played EQ1 for about 4 years off and on, then WoW for about 2 years.
I'm stuck. I can't find a decent MMO to play either. Conan and Warhammer are down the road.
But i have found a good distraction untill the new round of MMOs come out, a distraction called life. your in 11th grade for god's sake. Keep your school work up and go enjoy life. New games will seem to come out much quicker that way.
On average:
1st = 5-6
etc
7th= 12-13 years old
8th= 13-14 years old
9th= 14-15 years old
10th=15-16 years old
11th=16-17 years old
12th=17-18 years old
As for the OPs boredom, just wait. There are quite a few games that will be released within the next 6 months.
Only time will tell if they will flop, but you might find one you like.
