Howdy, Stranger!

It looks like you're new here. If you want to get involved, click one of these buttons!

This is what I have to ask!!

I used to be a huge Matrix Online fan.  I was in the beta for a few months, and obtained a level 50.  I played into release, and within 3 days I had a level 30.  I'm thinking of jumping back into this game, but don't want to throw out $15 if I am not going to enjoy it.  I am hoping someone could pass me a possible buddy key for the time to see if I find the game enjoyable or not anymore.

Thanks!  And your deed definatly wont go un-noticed.

sorry don't have any keys anymore.

If you used to like the game, you will like it even better. Almost all
of the bugs have been fixed, much content has been added. Lots of
things have changed for the better :)

just give it a shot I'd say :)

I think this is what I'm going to have to do.  I just didn't like the repetative missions!  Hmmm.... is RIP still around?  They were in an crew I was in.

I don't if they're still around. if they are they will be on Vector-hostile I think.

What server did you used to play on, Enumerator or was it one of the other servers that merged into Vector.

Hehe, saw two RIP members on Saturday -- Although, I didn't recognize the names from beta. (Vector)

I forgot what server I was on, but I was definatly on the PvP one.

Kinda cool knowing that RIP is still around.  Are they still known as RIP?

Well, what I meant by the above post was: RIP has been gone for quite a long time. They no longer have a presence on the Vector server, so seeing two of them the other night was a surprise. It could mean that two members have since returned, or that RIP is being revived by an old veteran of the faction -- and then it could be nothing :P

Insertion, I think I asked before, but I forgot if you answered. What server did you play on, Enumerator?

Because I think I reconize your name, if you are the person I think you
are you used to be red for me so you used to be either machinist or
merv. (Used to be zionist, later changed to Machinist with my whole
    faction)

    Yup, from Enumerator image

Been with Immortallis since beta, serving the Merovingian. :)
  • I played it for a couple months. Are they still adding to the story every couple months? How is the combat now, I know they changed it. I had some fun with it when it first came out but it is almost 2 years old now I believe.

The new combat system is much more balanced, takes more skills and it made all those unless trees playable

I played in Immortallis for awhile as well as Mero.  Actually, I believe that was my first faction.  You guys still around?  I really need someone to join up with, the world is quit empty.

I loved the way they continued the story. They had some of the actors still doing their roles. Is that still going on or did they give up on it?

Heh, try nearly every day through in-game live event apparences. And then weekly to all players via a new story critical mission each thursday. And a new cinematic every update.

Then theres the critical mission archive thats been added so you can play through all the games story missions thus far. (the games been out for over a year and half now btw so thats a LOT of story content.)

So yeah, i think the stories being continued and added to alright image

Thanks. I may have to look into this further. I really wanted to like this game when it came out, but it was so buggy. But that was a year ago.

Then you should definately head back and give MxO another go. Seriously, all of the annoying fun/game breaking bugs are gone now. All thats left is some combat, ai and animation tweaking.

We've moved on from fixing the game to tweaking and adding to the game.
