Registration Problems

Last December, I recieved Final Fantasy XI and PlayOnline for my PC. Aw happy as I was to have it, I was forced to delete my account due to technical problems (not enought room, poor graphic card). Recently though, I finally installed the grapic card and made enough memory to run FFXI and any othet MMORPG. But when I tried to register with PlayOnline, it said that my Registration Code was invalid and unusable, though it is 100% correct and on the offical sheet that came with the game. So, what gives? Can I still have my account, or am I going to have to buy a new version of FFXI, which would be a complete waste since I already installed every thing...Can some one please help me?

PS: I know this is an odd post for a MMORPG forum, but its 7 PM on a Friday, so I can not contact the PlayOnline people over the phone, and with out a PlayOnline e-mail adress, I cannot e-mail them for assistance. So, moderators, please don't delete this post.
