I'm thinking about having a real life party for members at mmorpg.com--I would set up a lan and we could game together, dance, eat, and other stuff! I live in Los Angeles--if your interested post here and if there are enough people that like this idea I'll host it!

Would be fun but distance is a bitch in most circumstances. However the community is really starting to get big here at mmorpg.com so perhaps something can be done!!!

yeah the community is starting to get bigger, which is both bad and good.
Good because there are more people to post and argue (discuss) with, and bad because that means there are no MMORPG's capable of holding anyones attention

Hey now I live in Michigan! Would be cool ( off topic here) if any of you have an xbox and online service would like to game with some of you there either through xbox live or you can setup a free account at xbox.connect and run through your PC/Lan and play multiplayer games like Halo through your PC using your xbox it is pretty cool.
Either way I am game for meeting some of you. Also I have been biding my time over playing Diablo 2 again with another friend anyone playing that look me up USEast account name OneEyeRed < Xbox account name as well!

Fellow michigander here as well and hey sonic I have a x-box as well. Get in touch via my mmorpg.com e-mail, I'm all down for some halo via gamespy or perhaps some mechassult via x-box live. Also if you guys are serrious about this I know several other mmorpg player, this party thing could work out.

London, UK here. Although, I have vague plans to embark on a road-trip across the US next year when I finally learn to drive (NY to LA, bay-bee!).
An alternative to a RL party would be to select a number of games (FPS comes to mind) and start a MMORPG.com server where everyone uses their MMORPG.com psuedonym so that we can identify each other.
Some of my best online experiences was playing Quake2 on my old workplace LAN with my work colleagues around 6 odd years ago. Absolutely hilarious when you know and in some cases, are in the same room as the people that you're killing (and being killed by).
I'd definitely be up for a MMORPG.com server game fest.

lol, I was actually being sarcastic. I had no idea there were so many Michiganders on here, since on that last "Where do you live?" post thing, I noticed I was one of the only people who said Michigan.
I, also, have an Xbox live account name, and I'm on it quite a bit: OSilentNight. I play counterstrike and topspin, mostly.
By the way, any of you guys from Western Michigan?
