  You can buy a horse (there are several different types, the lowest level you need is 10) and a wolf from the stable or from the stalls of different verdors. after you buy one you need to summon it

  You get your horses from the stable, stables are found in the castles i.e Jangan, Downhang....
  
  You need 1 million gold to buy a wolf so you seem to be a long way off, or you can simply buy one off the silkroad website
