Can someone give me a brief rundown to get me started on the Halloween quests/items? I just can't seem to get things going. Thanks::::01::

    talk to the hallaween starter, and then give candy to the NPCs in
    costumesn, then follow the 2 ghost around without being spotted and you
    have won
