For the mature gamer this game will certenly be, losts of blood, plently of things, lots more blood, disemboulment, lots of blood...
Anyways jokes aside, a question a never found answered from the huge lumps of info this game gives, whats death like in this game, both from a pvp and pve standpoint, is it to be feared or have funcom gone for the more 'profitable' trend wth fluffy rabbits etc?

If you mean penalties for death, its on the lighter side, but not as easy as for example WOW.
In both forms of combat, death means a respawn back at a safe point, item degredation has been considered but not confirmed, temporary stat and combat penalties are definately in place.
In PvP, upon death, your opponent is allowed to loot all or part of your stash of "blood money" A special currency used to purchase PVP specific gear. Everyone starts out with a certain amount of blood money, but the only way to get more is by looting your enemies. So, yes, death in PvP at least has a definate incentive to avoid it.
No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind, and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee.

All your blood money are belong to me!
