    Too elaborate on my first post, not appearing to look a gifted horse in the mouth but the NGE is not Pre-CU which I was banned from 22 months ago.

     The lack of players, the lag, and my time spent on WoW with a nice guild of folks is making me feel like getting my accounts back is not that much of a prize. For the exception, that I can now use my six year old established account to enjoy some of the new games being co-produce by SOE or in the case of the DC universe produced solely by SOE but as now SWG is not going to be stealing much time from my play of WoW.

     

     I do have an establish character in EQ1 but I recall that the game mechanics was so different from SWG 3 years ago that I stopped playing it. Strangely enough I am finding that WoW is easy to play with SWG. Coincidence?  They don’t call it WoW in Space for nothing.

    I'm not surprised you didn't already know this, since 22 months is a very long time for anyone... but with everything that's been said and done by others here, I AM surprised you didn't guess this.  I activated my trial account on October 30 in order to post on the forums, and decided to log in myself just for the heck of it.  I walked 50 meters, checked the expertise tree (what a mess), got depressed and closed the connection.  Probably permanently.  But I never had any intention of going back.  Regardless of what shills like Pirrg say, the game is dead.  The 50 feet I walked was in Coronet, by the starport, and it was completely empty.  Nobody was there.  I walked outside to attack something, held down the mouse button, and was instantly bored.

    So you went through all that trouble to get your accounts back and now you are not going to play SWG that much becasue of how bad the NGE is. That is priceless. To really make this comedy gold, I think you should get yourself banned again. Thanks for the laugh. I needed that this morning.

    I dont really think its that funny.  I find myself drawn back to SWG all the time too, remembering the good old days.  Then when I resubscribe every few months it doesnt take long before I uninstall it too.  Yet I usually go back again, tricked by some inner demon to think that I might actually enjoy it image

    I understand the frustration the vets have. I was just laughing at how much effort he put into getting his accounts back. It is well documented how bad the NGE is. It's funny that a diehard as Jester even finds it hard to play that shit after 22 months away. I just wish the game would die and a real software company would come in and create SWG2. One can only wish.

    For the past year, I have stood in solidarity with the Veterans of SWG. The 9 months prior to that I was one of the few disgruntled voices concerning what occur to my accounts and extending my concern to others in my situation as well as those who are displeased with the customer services, policies and practices of SOE. Since they played hardball with my accounts. Most of you know, I have been smacking bad just as hard ( If you need a reminder just check my old post from the past here or goggle “jestor rodo”) .

     

      But SOE has allowed me another chance to enjoy their products from my original account I started with them back in 1999. The Jestor (hehe) on their part was astounding in allowing me access to my accounts but I cannot be happy with what has occurred to SWG  but its still has close as you can get to a galaxy far , far away.

    I am subing month to month , ( lost $45 last time reward SOE with my business and they banned me) for a quick get away and I only using my primary account.  SOE is being judged as much such SOE is watching my gameplay and post on their forums.

     But Why Linkman, Because I can when ,for 22 months prior, I could not. Allow me to get honestly upset with the NGE.
