    I was one of the winners and am totally hyped!!  The graphics to the game are intense and it isn't your typical fantasy type MMOG its different with different races and etc.... I really am excited.  I know that we'll be getting e-mails from someone called THeamlis or something like that but I don't know when.  I hope we all get them soon, I can't wait to play.  The only thing I am not so excited about is that if they send the game through mail, it will take a while and I hear that the CD never gets to you.  I hope they will let us download the game.  There are things such as download accelerators that can increase the download rate of something.  Thats how I download things a lot faster.  Well anyways, post back!  I was number 288 btwimage

    I hear saga of Ryzom is not your typical mmorpg, i hear the races are all unique and all instead of the normal dwarves, elves, etc. How is it for u guys on the inside? You find that the game is unique compared to other mmorpgs uve played?

    Been beta testing mmorpgs for over 2 years now. None have I looked forward to more that this game. It seems to have an edge that is different from most mmorpgs, I have applied for their beta a while back when the game was still in alpha testing. Have not gotten in until this contest. Figure the winners will be in the open beta. So mostly it will be just stress testing their server if that is the case. Was #78 in the contest.

    I personaly think a harder game is good image i played EQ and went from lvls 1-49 solo in 3months not that hard heh i haved  played alot of the mmorpgs and frankly they all seem a bit easy about time the made somthing harder image

      well now, isn't this a nice touch but also a kick in the head...  I guess I won't be playing FF11 this time until the beta for Ryzom Beta is over with...image  I love FF 11, I love them soo good...  image

      Oh well, it'll be my second official beta test and i'm still excited...  I'm number 442 and I got online because I was just curious as to see the virdict...   image

    I'll be logging in as Saintk or Saintguardian...  See everyone as soon as I get the FLIPPING game...  I also didn't get an email or anything asking me for anything...  I sure hope they didn't screw us over...

    P.S.  I almost forgot, when they beta test for the computer for FF11, they had to play for about 2-3 weeks before the beta ended...  The PS2 beta's (that's me) got about a month or two worth of gameplay...  That was back in December and they moved the date back for three months...

    I'm so PISSEDD!!!!  I got the email saying that I was a winner and one of the chosen for the beta but when I clicked on the link in that email it told me that it was too late and everyone confirmed their spot already!!??  I then followed the next link and discovered that I was only #741....  image  I really wanted to try this game out, oh well!  It just sucks that my hopes were brought up like that only to be disappointed. image

    Actually for the pc the game is only 49.99 and its only 11.95 a month same as all others :)

    Glad to win a beta spot (#206) but I would just rather download the client.  Wonder if MMORPG.com could get a client link from the developers and nicely distribute the link to all the winners email boxes here at the site?  Would be a heck of a lot easier for the people that could download the client. :)

    No one from the beta contest for mmorpg has gotten their disc yet, everyone just has to be patient and wait till they send out the discs...

    btw, I did get in, number 58 or something....

    i think he knows that no one has gotten their cd yet he was just asking for people to post when they get their cd besides u have been registerd since 7/03 and only have made  1  post and that makes u a expert?

    I got mail on 25th februari that said that my cds were shipped and i live next to France (belgium) and still haven't received them but i was able to download it.
