    The developers haven't even hinted at a release date.

    At last report the game engine was almost completely finished and they were shifting their focus to coding content. That was some months ago.

    I would dare to guess it'll be released some time in the next 6 months, but that's just a guess.

    Beta maybe. A full release better be at least a year away... I don't wnat some buggy piece of junk.

    I'd be surpised if FE spends 6 months in beta. Given their history with FE - being incredibly tight-lipped and not even hinting at a release date so they can release when the game is ready and not a moment beforehand - I imagine that the developers will already have spent a fair amount of time working out the bugs pre-beta.

    Keep in mind that Icarus are already selling the game engine. That suggests that it's a finished product.

    I believe that Icarus are currently dealing with in-game content and polishing the game itself in addition to typical run of the mill bug fixing. Bearing in mind that everything (hopefully) is going to have voice acting, as well as offering complex, dynamic and unique and innovate content - things may take a while to get to an acceptable consumer-standard.

    lol i hear that psyko, this game looks amazing and i am willing to wait up to 3 years to play it, and hoping that somewhere along the way i bother to upgrade my video card so that i CAN play it... lol.

    Same here. There are plenty of games coming out soon that will keep me occupied until it's out... or i could freeze myself! Eric Cartman did it, so can i!!

    Vanguard is looking quite decent, but I think Fallen Earth will blow it out of the water the second it's released.
