I finish downloaded and installed silkroad online, but. While registering a account.
This pop up and disallow me to continue.
"In Silkroad Online, only 5 accounts can be created from an identical IP.
Please send inquiries through Bug Report and they will be taken care of."
The problem is, i've never signed up for any accounts before. And, you need to have an account before you can send any inquiries. So, it doesn't really make sense. doesnt it?
Well, i heard about such cases before. Anyone knows how to solve this?

This can occur, if your computer is part of a lan-network, i don't have another explanation.
Speak with your internet provider or system admin, they will explain you better
You can also try to make an account from an internet-cafe or so and then play at home with it.
Is there any other way? i doubt i can soeak to the internet provider, cause. What am i suppose to say? I can't play silkroad? haha, is there any other way? to bypass it. I had this problem with hero online too.

What sort of connection do you have? LAN? Cable? dsl? If you have your ip-address changed, it could help.
I already mentioned a way to bypass it - internet-caf
I had also problem for registering with lan-network. I disabled my firewall software during the registration (Norton) and now that's ok. If that can help someone.

If you're having difficulty registering and you're going to report it to an administrator (or you're posting it on this forum), be sure to include all related specifics that you can, like what type of Internet connection you have, what firewall you're using, if you're on a LAN, or if your connection passes through a router. Stuff like that. This way, you get a straight and definite answer.
WRT the problem, your Internet connection probably uses a shared IP, i.e. subscribers of your service are inter-connected through one or more network, and that/those network/s is/are the one/s that is/are connected to the Internet, so your computer's IP address is only unique across that network, and not the Internet. I think.
Try the Internet cafe solution, or try signing up using dialup, which usually gives you a different IP everytime you connect.
