Mine said it ends on the 19th, which would technically be 12 days from when I signed up but I don't mind so much because I most likely will be subscribing.
That should give you your code, read the whole page it's buried in there, should be a button or something to push. If you still cant find it, go to news section for L2 and there should be a link to where you need to go.
Same thing here, I signed up the 7th and my time expires on the 17th... but what difference does it make? As for myself, the extra 4 days will not make a difference in determining if I will subscribe or not. As a matter of fact, I made that determination within the first few hours that I played.
