I voted vanguard because i think it has alot of potential, AoC also looks amazing from the little i've seen though, i'll just try em all until I find one I like
AoC definately, the setting and combat features will provide a much needed breath of fresh air to a stale genre.
No man is an island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the continent, a part of the main. any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in mankind, and therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; it tolls for thee. Hemingway
AoC and Chronicles Of Spellborn have caught my interest, same with WAR. But idk...WAR seems a little too close to WoW to me (and it isnt, dont know why i have that in my head..ugh), which is bad because i want to like WAR lol.
What defines a Big Title? Most of those don't have budgets exceeding 50 million. I think Age of Conan is the only one up there that will be any good. Mayber Spellborn.

For starters, your the Chief Financial Officer for all those companies right?
So how do you know what there budget is and what it isnt?
Even if you did know, the size of the budget IS NOT a direct reflection of the quality of the game. Do you know how many movies with astronomical budgets have flopped?
And you dont think warhammer will be any good? To each his own.
For me, DAOC was great and in its prime I had a BLAST. I have a tremendous ammount of respect for Mythic and now that they have BIG money backing them, the skys the limit.
I'm interested in most of the games on the list, I'll probably give the majority of them a test drive but the game I would vote for is unfortunately not hyped enough at the moment.
PotBS is the one that tickles my fancy the most right now but that is probably from nostalgic memories of playing Pirates on the Amiga :P
Warhammer because i played Vanguard and it sucks, the game itsself might be great but the combat is sooo boring and crap and the animations are sooo bad it makes you not want to play.

Money isn't everything, but it definetly helps. What was better, Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings; or the animated version? You really can't expect quality for a game unless your willing to spend money on quality personell, thats just a given. Without the large budgets, it severely hampers the scope of the game. For a big blockbuster game, I expect money to be spent to make it good; just like for an epic movie. There are only a few ways to extend a small or medium sized budget to make a great game, and I don't think any of the games mentioned are going down that route.
What I can say for sure is half those games will be released incomplete while they finish production within the first year of release and they collect some revenue off it.
From what I heard about all those titles to date including people within the production houses, I am not too optomistic about what the games are gonna be offering, or even the direction they are headed in. Aside from Age of Conan which is looking like fun. Warhammer I am still waiting on, I don't like its play style but its production method is ideal for where the industry is heading, same with Chronicles of Spellborn.
The problem with the other titles is something Kim Hakkyu mentioned once about Korean Game Designers. They think their audience is unsure of what they want and don't listen to them. They repeat techniques that have worked in other popular games and are closed off to the evolving mind of thier player.
The list in the poll is really narrow on all the quality games coming out, and only represents what a minority of players like. Here is a list of games that have alot of potential that aren't mentioned. Some yes are low budget, but they went down a route that wouldn't require a large budget

You don't play any games and you're not going to play any games, why do you even come here? Go find a better use of your time.
Why do you live ?
It's better be hated for who you are, than loved for who you aren't.
I personally have the highest hopes for Vangaurd because it has a complex quest system, a massive world, and the players effect the game. Its the more mature players game. I love WoW! but some extra complexity would be nice. Also, the world is amazing. It takes days to traverse the world on foot. This game has a lot of potential and may pull me away from wow and the expansion if they don't screw it up.
P.S. players will have to wear certain status items in order to grab quests. You need to show prestige. Awesome!

For shame
Aion: Tower of Ethernity
For me, easily Warhammer. Anyone that would like to compare the game to WoW needs to do some research.
What other game on the market can you level from PvP?
Get the same quality of gear from PvP as you can from PvE?
Most important supporting reason for my hope, Mythic made DAOC
Im still looking forward to Age Of Conan and Chronicles of Spellborn.
They both look very very good.
Warhammer is still a long ways off so I will probably still try AoC and CoS.

AoC
I would of went for Vanguard, but it has the same ol' tired, boring gameplay that almost every other MMO out on the market has.
Out of those, difficult choice between Vanguard and Age of Conan. but I have the hgihest hopes for Aion and Granado Espada.
None of the games the OP has listed are of any intrest to me. The only game I'm interested in is Fallen Earth.
