www.atlanta.bbb.org/commonreport.html?compid=3003965

I posted this on the forums on mmocenter.com but CG deleted it, lol.

you gotta love how a company trying to compete in the online gaming
world is only a LLC.  Plus, they arent even a mamber of the BBB
and 2 complaints that the BBB recieved on them were just plain ignored
by RR.  Not sure if this is a good company to invest time or money
in.

To CG....you seem like a nice guy to me and its gonna be sad when you
have to update your resume on Monster when RR closes the doors in your
face when you come walkin in on some Monday morning in the near or not
so distant future.

I could care less. As far as I'm concerned, the BBB is akin to film critics. Patience.

I think the fact that people paid their pre-order money over a year ago and were continually told that the game was right on track (but refusing to show the people in beta any proof that it was anything more than vaporware in that time) right up to the point where it was announced that the game was on hold, I'd say we've been more than patient with these losers.
They showed themselves to be incompetent in business, as they had no idea how to interact with their community. they continually made promises they never kept, mostly through CeasarsGhost. CeasarsGhost has lost any credibility as far as I'm concerned because he only tells what they allow him to tell and that's only if they tell him anything in the first place.

When the devs keep the Community Manager out of the loop, there really is something wrong. I have no personal problem with CG, it's just how it is. I would hope that he has his resume in circulation and can find someplace where he can actually do the job he was hired to do instead of being used as a buffer and scapegoat for a joke of a development company.

And the BBB is there to warn consumers of possible problems with companies. And when companies ignore complaints lodged by customers, that's a possible problem. So I'd say the BBB was doing it's job.::::20::

Fair enough. I'd feel cheated if I had preordered as well. RR has birthed a hideous creature in the form of their image. I still like the ideas, but the fact that they're gamers and not businessmen is evident. Here's to hope- image
