They are pretty desperate now....
Julio speaking on video is just what the NGE player base needs.
ALSO do not forget the animations..... 90% of those are slowed down even in that video.
They make it seem so full, compelling and real feeling... That was the old game...
This version is just a joke and they keep trying to reinvent it -- NOW TWICE...
So how many times can they pass this crap on to people?
Well, we will see.... I almost can't wait to see people realize this is the 6 year old game and engine that sucks even worse now.

Now I am not a syntax expert by any stretch of the imagination, but shouldn't there be a "help" or "assist" somewhere in that sentence? I mean leaving a bug on the first screen a potential purchaser may see when checking out your product speaks volumes of what to expect...
Edit: It's not the first screen, it's actually the screen after you click the add for complete...

Yes its pure propoganda, but do you expect anything else at this point? To expect anything but blatant lies, and hyperbole from SOE is just ludicrous. We know this company, and we put up with alot of their nonsense. Give them a inch, and they think they deserve a mile. So obviously they think that they can outright lie to potential customers, and they will be forgiven. I really doubt that will be the case that movie, and the actual gameplay are so far apart that it will be blatantly obvious. A shame that people will have to learn by being burned, but they will hold that against Sony, and SOE.
Sony obviously likes propoganda alot, and they have a gestapo team dedicated to makeing it. I have seen many sites post reviews that are Sony biased. They are plainly obvious, and while a good reviewer can omit certain facts. They are obviously lieing by ommission. Obviously Sony has enough clout to get the NGE a curve. They could never get it reviewed high, but they can often keep it off the 1.0/4.0 mark enough of the time.
Hopefully the PS3 will bomb which most suspect it will, and with the PSP added into the mix. We might see SOE get greater supervision. You cannot build a customer base on lies. You can sucker people for a time, but when push comes to shove you eventually have to deliver service.

As I was saying, one of those "players" HAD to of been Obraik.
Now unless things have changed when I wasn't looking, ATATs are STILL not in the game
and SOE has used them for EVERY SINGLE TRAILER THEY HAVE EVER MADE.
Hyperbole is an exageration which is what the video is a exageration. Yes all that stuff is in the game via the digiteer feature. Yes that was a advertised feature of Empire Divided. The digiteer is basically a CSR given permission to create content. They can play the role of cannon characters, or create unique in game content. So they can generate the droids, or put out a ATAT. All you need to do is schedule a event, and request support from one of these employees. You can also choose to attend a event that might have one of these things in play. I am not sure if they do spontaneous sightings anymore in SWG/NGE, but from time to time early in the game you could run into one roleplaying.
Anyway thats why its patently not fraud. You can actually do all that stuff in the game if you get a CSR to help you with it. Yes its hyperbole, or spin if you like. The video implies its common place while in truth its rare almost exotic.
I am sure you could go searching, and find a number of videos that show these things do happen in SWG. During planned faction combat CSRs were known to drop bases, NPCs, and ATATs for players. I know I have been searching through SWG videos for the past couple days researching something. Common no possible yes.
I am not pro NGE, but whether we like it or not there is nothing false in the video. We cannot call it a lie, because it can happen, and any player can access it even if it is hard to access.
