Is there a MMORPG for me?

Hi, new member, and fairly new to MMORPG, only played a few MUD's about 5 years ago, and thats pretty much my MMORPG experience is. I looked about 5 pages back, and didnt see this question raised, apologies if its been raised before.
My question is this, Is there an MMORPG that allows you to be totally Evil? I prefer to play Ultra-Evil characters, that are the kind who would burn down villages for fun, commit atrocious genocide all on a whim, and basically kill whatever got in their way. I was wondering if there is an MMORPG that would allow me to roleplay like this? Im not talking about making a PvP character (Although PvP would occur with this character, seeing as he is the epitome of evil incarnate) but Id rather be more interested in destroying villages and other severe acts of depravity, that PvP would play a minor role. I just want to know if there are any MMORPG's out there that would satisfy my evil alter ego and sate my thirst for chaos and destruction.

I didnt say free, im willing to pay for a game that lets me explore my dark side, and pay good money too. Its just I dont want to subscribe to a game that wont let me fully realise my evil potential. I played NWN Underdark, and being evil in that is a FSKing joke. I wanted to raze villages,a nd murder babies, instead all i got was a shitty smite good spell. Shitfull really. I want a game where there are no boundaries or limits, it lets the player decide how he deals with a situation, be id diplomacy, or decapitation.

What, so were allowed to play a servant of Light but not Dark? How can we have Palladins and Clerics, but no cultists, or fallen knights? Why not dark arts? Why not a servant of Chaos? If there isnt a game like that, then there really should be, I love to roleplay evil characters, its far more enjoyable, not to mention the freedom of choices you have.
Maybe razing villages was a bit to extreeme, but thats the kind of evil character I want to play, its something he would do, maybe the game wont allow it, but its how evil and depraved the character is.
