Hi All...
I'm a little confused about the up and comming dungeon runners game.
Will it be a game that emulates World of Warcraft (WOW) or will it emulate Dungeons and Dragons Online (DDO).
I hope it is not a world with nothing but instances... as a persistant world is always better in my opinion.
Anyways, what are your thoughts about it?
I quite like the graphics so far, cartoonish as they may be, as one mmorpg proved that can and does work.
Cheers, and ciao for now from Australia, Darwin!!!

Here is the rap about Dungeon Runners:
It is DIABLO like game (random dungeons, random loot, point click combat, isometric view)
It is going to be instanced (except in villages or other meeting areas)
It does have graphic that remind of WOW style (but that is the only similarity)
It is going to be free to get and play - but you are going to pay $$$ for certain items (not confirmed)
Finnaly , imho , it is far from release so dont expect it in another 5 months at least

You have full control of the camera, the isometric view is just the default one. It's a 3d game.
I've played the beta, but I think it's still under NDA so I can't say much about it other than that it's target audience is people who just want to log in and bash monsters with no strings attached. It does this really well.
