The Chroncile has collected money for preorders over 1 year ago with a scheduled release date which has passed and been rescheduled and passed again. Now there is no release date offered and refunds are refused.
Horizons is billing for free trials and double billing and billing after cancellation. This has been ongoing for several months without a correction and in many cases is overdrawing checking accounts tied to the credit cards and incurring associated costs which are not being compensated for.
MMORPG.com has a responsibility to demand satisfactory official responses from these companies in order to continue listing their games on this site, and should offer a disclaimer warning all gamers before purchasing these products until the issues have been ccorrected.
