Cartoony look

I actually like the way WoW looks. It doesn't bound WoW to the usual Fantasy look, and makes you able to set it apart from other games.

I don't see why people don't like it. :-/
Guess everyone is too used to the boring old "realistic fantasy" look.

    As much as i dislike WoW . The cartoony look didnt bother me ,I thought they did a very good job on them . I do prefer more realistic graphic's in the games i play ,but all in all good job by blizzard

    I don't not like it, but I think for a more serious perhaps mmorpg experience another look would be better.

    Actually I think the graphics are very well done, at least in some regions

    The cartoony look of WoW makes the MMO looks different from the EQ2 plastic dolls ::::02::

    All canceled. Waiting on Warhammer Online : Age of Reckoning.

    The cartoony look is actually one of the things that stop me from hating the crap out of that game. Of course I don't hate games because of graphics, I used to play Runescape, but of course it IS a factor in a game. I love WoW because of its graphics, its great. It's good that the game doesn't look really serious, or else it would be boring. (For me, anyway.)

    I love the graphics of WoW 4723094823094385623485762345897x better than any other MMO I have ever played. Ever.

    I love the graphics in WoW. Maybe just for the fact that my POS computer runs it great. I play EQ2 more now and have to run it on the lowest settings. So less is better for me.

    I think WoW looks pretty bad, comparing with games like EVE and Guild Wars. But the style is perfect, toony, little bit, just unmature, in a good way.

    One thing is very good, the light, when you walk on paths of stone, you see the light shining on it, that looks great.

    I don't think it really goes with "World of Warcraft" with them graphics it should be "Happy grind adventures in the happy happy land" it really isn't loyal to the previous WC releases where things are rather dark and gloomy and nothings right.

    I've played other games that had a more Cartoony look than WoW. The graphics aren't that bad, the characters are solid and colourfull, though the armor looks painted on and they really could use more veriaty in armor looks and character creation to.

    That's one of the main problems with Wow other than Endgame.


    Almost no variety in character creation and armor.

    Uhh...Are you sure about that?

    Because there's only a little bit of design difference in WC3, and WOW.

    And if you look back, the Orc's pretty much look the same in WC1, with only one difference. ( That being WoW is 3D and all pretty. )


    And they canceled a game called "Warcraft adventures" or something like that, where it pretty much looks like what wow looks like now...only it actually was pretty much a cartoon.








    So, yeah.
    The look hasn't changed too much. And to me, it fits well.

    The look is awesome. Although it would be rly funny if the graphics was like in Zelda:Windwaker. Really cartoony. Maybe next time...

    I didn't like it at first but I got used to it.
