    i think thy will kick the 1001th out.. or atleast i hope so.. no special treatment.. if it is 1000 it is 1000 not 1001 ..

    No, there are 1000 winners, it shows up as 1001 because they didnt start from 0, they started from 1.::::40::

    Yea if you read they pic 2000 because if some out of the first 1000 do not confirm they pull from the extra peeps

    Just like in the Dragon Empires Beta Giveaway, it says:

    We will select 40 winning tickets and contact each one by e-mail as well as their MMORPG.COM private mail. The first 20 people to claim their ticket will win a prize. The other 20 people will NOT win a prize...so be alert!

    they always pick double the amout, so like this, they are giving away 20, so they pick 40, the first 20 to confirm get it, the last 20 lose out.

    you see, there was alittel bug I belive

    normally most people cound
    1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10

    but programmers and computers count
    0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9

    well pretty much every programmer.


    what he must have did was program it to start at 1, and said a thousand, so you can see where the mistake was.
