please someone from Horizon hear me

Look, I been a good sport, I sent email and email saing I want to cancell my account before I got over drawn... NOW I AM DAMN OVER DRAWN AND I DONT HAVE ANY MONEY. hear me none, I know theres one person that from horizons who chacks MMORPG so can you get my accound canelled and give me back the money, I can take care of the over charge.

    EII is committing a crime each time they bill someone for horizons.

    They are I know under investigation by the authorities. The best you can do is go to community.istaria.com and email them using the links they have provided. But by all accounts nothing is happening when you do so.

    great... so I am screwed huh, do you know there phone number. somthing anything they dont care about my email I tried that to many times.

    Did you have it setup on your debit or credit card?  If so you could call the credit card company and tell them what happened.  They will then take the matter into their hands and get to the bottom of it for you.  Let them do all the work.  And then you will have proof to present to your bank so that they may reverse the charges and fix your account.

    So I guess after everything the Horizons community has survived and overcome, EII is going to finally manage to kill the game. Never got a chance to play it myself, but I know it has a loyal fanbase with alot of good people. Sorry to see the new owners are just a bunch of asshats.

    the fanbase are one of the reasons why the game is in trouble. They are all a bunch of silly little sheep that are too scared to ask the real questions.

    Horizons should have died a long time ago. it would have to had it not been for Chris Baker being led astray in providing financing for a title that in the end cost him way more money than it ever made. We can say this though that EII will not run the game at a loss.

    i also had problems - there was on their website a note about payment problems and a special email one could write to if cancellation won't work. i did get a reply to my mail stating that everything is sorted.... guess i will see when the next month is theoretically due.

    That statement is so utterly silly and biased imo, that its really not even worth responding to beyond this. Even if it doess hold some truth in a very limited and vague fashion imo. C'mon Hades, you can do better then that

    I can tell ya this, don't trust that reply. I got the same email stating that my account was cancelled and my money was being refunded. 1 week later - still no refund. So I replied again stating that I still didn't get my refund (won't know till mid Sept. if my account was actually cancelled). RC Rask replied again stating my account was cancelled and the refund was applied. 1 week later - still no refund.

    BS - plain and simple.

    I received an email from the good doctor also after using the cancel account link. Zach, you are right don't believe it, I was told I did not have an account to cancel. The strange thing is I do have an account or at least I think I do. So I also wait for september to see my CC statement has their charge on it.

    If you are interested in this game you may want to wait a week or so. The billing is a mess and you don't want to be dragged into this. They have said in a week they should have it fixed if you can believe that.

    Do you deny that Horizons is still even around because Chris Baker got conned by David Bowman ? That its playerbase excused Tulga's performance and are even now doing the same with EII ? I mean really now you can't even talk about the game with these people. If it does not entail hailing Horizons as the savior to MMO's they do not want to talk to you and end up belittling you. Of course its not fair to paint everyone that plays horizons this way. For that simply is not true I admit.

    But in the end its the fanatics and suckers like Chris Baker are the only reason why Horizons is still sucking air. Now everyone expects EII to do the things that Tulga promised when in the first place the game wasn't making money. I'm sure its not that EII does not want to hire a development team for Horizons but rather that its current subscriber base won't pay for their salaries. It can also be safely said that the money they get from Savaged Eden will not as well. I think EII bit off more than they can chew here.

    Since Ophelia left I don't believe the EI crowd ever come over here.  You might want to try and get ahold of them directly and good luck there.  Even the BBB says they are not able to be contacted.

    Well Hadesprime, did you manage to find a game for yourself that you enjoy playing, maybe with a fine and mature community as well?

    If not, be prepared for this 'silly little sheep' here to go "I have fun playing that game and you don't have fun, you're just a sourpuss! nanannanananaaa!"

    But of course, you will have found a game that suited your desires so I'll keep my joy to myself and won't try to fuel your envy... image
