needing help on install and starting it

in Risk Your Life 2: Incomplete Union
Hi i downloaded the game installed it and started it and i could not find where i put my log in password and name. someone please help me out im comfused. Please someone explain what to do thanks.

    hi first try to make a file check then a server will appear at the right just next to the game window, select it and just type ur ID and PASS. thats all!
