problem - pls help!

hi.

i won one beta-acc for 2moons, but i have a problem with the "claim your prize"-site.
i get an error-message:

Username/Password is not valid!

Please go back and fix this and re-submit!
so. what i can i do? i use my mmorpg.com username/password - right?

    you must make sure that you enter all of the details correct in the form.

    Make sure its correct even down to Caps and numbers.

    only other thing i can suggest is getting support from the official guys

    support@mmorpg.com

    Otherwise try your ticket in the form again and hope.

    i dont now, when the cb will starts, but i think, they will send us the links as fast as possible - they r some person, which must confirm their registration - so...i can wait some days^^ happy enough, that i have once such luck and win something [i hope 4 WAR too image]
