Just searched for Coke on google for coke rewards and I ended up finding this...
http://www.corporatecampaign.org/killer-coke/crimes-isidro.htmApparently some killing incidents have occured in Columbia and other countries at Coca-Cola factories. I don't really understand what it's all about, just something I thought you might find interesting.
What are your thoughts on this? Should lawsuits be filed on Coca-Cola?

No charges were ever filed against Gil's killers or those who killed at least seven other Coca-Cola unionists (see box below). Like many multinational corporations, Coke tries to have it both ways: tightly controlling the manufacture and distribution of its products overseas and collecting the profits, but denying any responsibility to workers. But the Alien Tort Claims Act (ATCA), enacted by the U.S. Congress in 1789, may hold the key to securing justice for foreign victims of corporate abuses.
Basically coca-cola has a policy of ignoring the rights of its workers outside of america. What basically ahppened in collumbia is the local coca-cola boss was having some union troubles so he hired some Druglord paramiliateries To first of all kill the head union guy and then hand out an ultimatum to the workers.
RESIGN FROM THE UNION TODAY OR YOU DIE
Of course the local boss happened to have copys of the right form which he promptly made availabel to the workers. then the union bosses were kept in the factory for 2 months by the merceneries camping outside.
Once the union bosses quit the local coca-cola boss fired all his employees for not turning up for 2 months [ because they were to afreaid to walk through the mercenery camp every day to work] And he hired non-skilled minimum wage workers instead of the more skilles older workers who were entitled to more pay.
It was basically a cost saving procedure pretty common aparently.
Who cares, Coke tastes better.
