Wanna play, but cannot even register

Well I installed the game and sucessully got the account but every time I log on for the first time it says processing login and all that comes up is "We were unable to consume an account key at this time. Please try again later." I am doing the trail (planetside Reserves) andits not working. I am using the curved client off of fileplanet which is names psreserves.

I have my firewall allowing it through its just I cannot get into the game. already sent a support email and got the textbook reply of working on it and can't use there tech forums as you need to have a character to do so.

Anyone got any ideas to fix it?

    SOE said that they won't be making any trial accounts for now.
