Greetings all, I just wanted to drop a quick invitation to anyone looking for an older, established guild. Desolation is a multi-game guild that has been around for a little over 5 years now. We have had a presence in just about every MMO out there and still maintain one in several. We're looking to start up a WAR branch of the guild at release and are welcoming some new blood to our folds.  Currently a lot of our members are spread out playing a lot of different games, but plans are for most of them to reform in WAR and go in strong from the start.

We are a very casual, laid-back social type of guild; i.e. no hardcore powergamers here. Some of us put in the hardcore hours; don't get me wrong, but there are no silly guild rules about what you have to do with your time online or how many hours you are expected to play. You pay the same monthly fee as me and everyone else in the guild, who're we to try to tell you what to do with your time?

As it stands now we haven’t picked an alliance/realm/faction yet, but given the guild name we tend to lean more towards the eviler side of things.  That will be something we’ll discuss as a guild over time and make a final decision closer to launch.

Feel free to head over to the guild forums located at www.desolation-guild.org and register, look around, etc. Like I said, we're looking for new members and I'll also possibly be looking for some officers and such to fill the ranks. Feel free to post any questions you may have here or on the guild forums, or PM me, email me, whatever floats your boat. Thanks for taking the time to read and I hope to hear from you soon!

    Why thanks, saw that you registered on the guild forums, welcome aboard! Feel free to chime in wherever you want. And if you get a chance drop a post in the Welcome Area over there introducing yourself so everyone can initiate.... errr I mean welcome you. ;)

    Hey just wanted to say i joined up with these guys a few months ago and there is no looking back for me. Been having a great time and the board is my main source of entertainment during 3rd and 5th preiod for me .

    EDIT: ohh yeah the frankthetank SN was already taken so when i find the man who took it remind me to steal it from him

    If you're looking for a guild you can count on, this is the one.  This guild has been around for ages because it has a strong core membership that is led by mature players.  Well, sorta mature if you disregard the smilies on the forum, because those are somewhat questionable! 
    Actually, maybe you should check us out for yourself- Desolation Guild.

    Hiya,

    Just to say this is one of the nicest bunch of folks I have found in online gaming.  :) They've treated myself and others who've joined in the past few months as if we are "one of the gang" which is nice.  Anyway, welcome to all who have signed up already :)

    Chaos After Death here..just looking for quality Destruction guilds to alliance with..so we all can decided on what sever to join and help echothers guilds out in anyway!

    aka sacking cities or just some pve killin!
