After due consideration it has been decided you will not banned. This is only because after further investigation it was concluded it was an unintentional mistake. So you're off the hook for now, this time.
However your situation was a special case. This does not mean people will be let off the hook so easily - it takes very special circumstances. If there is even a shred of doubt that you are intentionally violating the Rules of Conduct in the illegal selling and trading of beta accounts you will be banned. We take this very seriously.
