are there going to be enchants?

in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes

I was watching a video and i saw that this person had what it looked like fiery weapon enchants, so i was wondering if there was any armor/weapon enchants.

    There are fire weapons in the game, i think there will be damage systems for fire vs cold , ect
