in MapleStory

Everytime I play I come across at least one hacker.  Is hacking really that rampid in the game?  Kinda sucks.  I haven't seen this many in other games before, or maybe they just weren't as obvious as they are in Maple Story.  I even saw a player message from another channel an advertisment on where to get them.   Pathetic.

    You find people advertising these sites ingame from time to time.

     

    The website forums are bad, No mods, No all kinds of sites go through there.

    You should have seen beta phase! Hack was everywhere. There were so many kinds of hack that even when they hacked, players could get free loots with them. Lol. Also there were hackers that could stand on certain areas of the map that you couldn't reach and would farm that way. And of course there's always the speed hack, that made "people who wanted to be cool by dropping high level items on the ground and picking them back up quickly" look retarded. lol` the items fly so quickly to the hackers, the droppers didn't even know what hit them.

    You have a point there. I go to Monkey Swamp and Iam almost guarenteed to see a hacker in one of the channels because not many people visit there. If you come across a hacker, go up to his/her loot and pick it all up. I picked up over 100k worth before. MapleStory are trying to stop the hacking but they ain't trying hard enough. People work out how to bypass almost minutes after the new patches come out.

    Personally, I don't mind the hackers who fly around the screen.  As a matter of fact,  I find them hilarious.  ^.^
    MAGNET HACKERS ON THE OTHER HAND,  they can all die.

    ROFL.... Ppl like u onli say things like that cause u cant hack.. if u knew how to u would have by now... ROFL... magnet hackers???? U mean a vac?? is that how clueless u r?? Thats y i stopped using these forums, most of u ppl r noobs and clueless..... :)

    Magnet hack is the one where you vac the items to come to you and pick up.

    So magnet hack is the name of a hack

    Something can have 2 names. Item Vac and Magnet Hack mean exactly the same thing

    Agreed. The hackers are obviously the noobs because thay don't have to co-ordonation to use a keyboard and look at the screen at the same time.

    Its true wat u say, coz the hackers r ppl who started since lvl 1 hacking to lvl (example: 90) so theyr noobs who cant tell us nothing :D, coz we learned more things of the game everyday when we raised our lvl, but they raised lvl like in a week...

    it is true that haxorz dont learn anythin gabout the game with their lvls... but ms i just one huge grindfest. grding can be fun, but since the devs dont do that much about hax, why not get 1, lvl up without the annoying grind. and the lack of coop play is the main reason imo. there are pq's and stuff but they take WAY too long to get into,and unless u got a good guild or lots of friends who like party hunting you mostly solo all your lvls. it gets too boring after a while

    Since when is hacking "Legit"? I'll answer that, it never has, and it never will be. If you have to hack in a game, then why play the game?

    I know he hack, and i heard many friends of mine, telling me he was hacking, even he was banned once time, long ago, but he recovered his account and i dont know how he did ::::23::, and im disagree for that, coz i got banned too, and i like to know how can i recorver my account ::::16::

    happens in every Korean made game.

    I think it depends which maple version u play. Maple SEA has less hacker than GMS. I think since Nexon take over there are more hackers than before. Last December i saw hacker every 10 minutes. In Maple SEA the GMs are more active but i have bad lag there. I really like MS but this force me to quit such a good game =/.

    Agreed. I don't have bad lag and i do enjoy the game. This game as so much potential its rediculous.

    AHAHAHAHAAH hey Endless-ONline, has ALOT less hackers know that v27 is out. Also kill steling is gone. Any way havent been on EO in a while but ive seen v27 its way better. i have also been pn a little. ENdless has ALOT of potential. its goteen better and better not too forget the real pvp area. Yes u can kill other games plaeyers, witch u cant do in maple stroy. ALSO MY FRIWEND HAS GOD HACK< MONSTER VACK) he cant die he also makes his own hacks. he says that maple stroy is easy too hack and endless-online is much harder to hack. SO BOOYA EO IS SAFER TAHN MAPLE STORY ENDLESS_ONLINE is going to be free online game king

    The hackers seem to have quieted down since Jan 1st. This is because of the news that loads of GM's are being hired and are coming on for the new year ahead, and the constant news alerts of whose been banned seem to help. But theres still loads of hackers and it will never stop, mainly because is so god dam easy to hack, even if you do get banned you can always make another account. It will only stop when they get rid of Game Guard and get a better hacking prevent system, which is unlikly.



    Due to there being so many hackers, I think the saying if you can't beat em, join em is appropriate.
