Beta account transfer and good fan/guide site?

Well I can always depend on the trusty fan base of mmorpg.com to get my 'o so basic image questions answered. 

1. I am lucky enough to be in the closed beta atm (just started) and I am fairly certain that they will do a "wipe" when they go open beta.  But will our existing closed beta log-in still work when they go open?  or will we have to re-apply? 

2. Can you please post a good fan or guide site that you have come across for lineage 2?

    Theres a button in the lower right corner of your screen when your logging in that says Create Account.  They will probly just activate that so everyone can make new accounts.
