Cancellation - Easy :P

I was dreading cancelling this as I hate fighting with retention agents but I got through to a guy who even agreed when I said "Well its a bit boring" as my cancellation reason....

Note: PlayNC will refuse to allow you access to your account if you forget your password and can't provide a scanned image of the product key for the first product you purchased..... LOL

    she asked me 3 times why I was quitting, and I told her "don't care for it", "it's a waste of money", then "it just plainly sucks, can you stop asking me that?"

    Can't you cancel online? That's what I did.

    Did we even play the same game?
    I played PSOv1 v2 and epI&II and I found PSU to be BEYOND boring.
    I played all original phantasy star games (PS1/2/3/4) and consider them my personal favs RPGs with FFX being the closest contender.  So as a big PS series fan I am sad to say that by today's standards PSU is probably the crappiest game ever made that was suppose to have been the sequel to the most revolutionary online console game.

    So no the game is not "...a bit boring" its a complete waste of time and money. If SEGA makes one more game like this it just needs to get aquired by SquareEnnix or something so I will have SOME fond memories of SEGA making great games and not just re-releases of Sonic.

    If you havent tried PSU yet, Stay Away.

    For XBL you have to ring a microshaft number for your region.

    When I cancled (Microsoft) I was asked why, but it seemed out of genuine curiosity rather than trying to keep me from stopping. He said he used to play PSO but hadn't tried PSU yet and agreed me when I said it was just plain wierd the way they had decided to lock most of the content, not to mention the awful lag.
