[bug] windows flashing with netscape navigator

While using the site with netscape navagator i get flashing windows
20060912 Netscape/8.1.2. that pop up and dissappear, reappear,
dissappear. etc...
its very annoying

What version of navigator is it?
Switch it from viewing as FireFox to view as MSIE, works fine that way.
