True Evil Roleplay in MMORPG

Hi,
I was wondering if there is any MMORPG out there that lets you truly roleplay and evil character? Im not talking about PK'ing and supposedly Evil alignment, im talking fully evil, burn down a village after slaughtering its inhabitants, razing all the buildings to the ground, steal candy from children as you burn down their orphanage kind of evil. The kind of Evil that the so called 'good guys' are trying to destroy/contain. Whenever I play RPG's I play a variety of alignments and classes, but I really never get to enjoy playing Evil because half of the options arent even evil, if an NPC wont tell me about something, I want to use my magic powers to transport him to another plane of existance whereby eternal pain and suffering is the norm. I want to kill that thief who just stole from me rather than have them join the party. I want to skip out on paying my tab at taverns. There just isnt enough representation of an evil character, I know that alignment doesnt really play much into RPG's nowadays, unless your a Palladin, its often overlooked. But the whole aspect of RPG's is the roleplaying element, I WANT to play Evil incarnate. I want to roleplay the most vile, evil villain in the world. I want that ability. And I guess, what im asking is, is there any MMORPG, or even RPG or hell, even a MUD that will let me fulfil my fantasy of creating the most contemptible character ever put down to pen, paper and dice.

I know all about WTFman and his website and "other" things I was with him from the beginning till the end of his Commando days. Well there is a possibility that this kind of game play may exsist in Priest (not alot of info there yet) I have been beta'ing Lineage2 for some time now. And while I am not sure if you can call it truely evil game play but, you can wontonly PK anyone at anytime (which while not permanent or lootable still makes for a pain in the butt kind of day) and of course you have sieges (which I dont recall being implemented yet (could be wrong though I dont pay much attention to the events)
Priest looks really neat it is a Horror Based MMORPG. Take a look maybe it is more like what your looking for.
